About this event

Macarthur Football Association''s 3v3 GameChangers Series is a festival of football for teams across the Macarthur region, using the FUNino methodology — 3v3 on a 25m x 25m pitch with four mini goals, two per team. The format is built to maximise involvement: more touches, more decisions and more goals per player than a normal game. Wednesday 7 October is the U8–U9 day. The mixed (ADP) session runs in the morning, and the girls-only (GAP) session runs from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Entry is $30 per player and you sign up as a team, not as an individual — a Team Manager registers the squad, with 3–5 players recommended. It is a participation festival rather than a competition, so all levels are welcome.

Who it suits

U8–U9 teams wanting extra games in the October break without the intensity of a tournament. The girls-only afternoon session is a good option for teams that normally play mixed.

Before you register

  • Team registrations close by close of business Monday 28 September — enter before then.
  • You enter as a team, not as an individual player — a Team Manager signs the squad up, with 3–5 players recommended. If you do not have a team, ask your club or the association whether they can place your child.
  • Mixed teams play in the morning and girls-only in the afternoon. Check which session you are registering for.
  • The $30 fee includes a minimum of three games.
  • Exact session start times are not published — confirm with the association before the day.
