Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 April 2026

Stride Football ("we", "us") operates stridefootball.com.au to help parents navigate youth football. This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Newsletter sign-ups — your email address and (optionally) your region preference.
  • Form submissions — contact messages, event submissions, listing submissions, and corrections. This typically includes your name, email, organisation, and the details you provide.
  • Usage data — aggregate, anonymous analytics about how people use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location). We do not collect personally identifiable analytics data.

How we use it

  • To deliver the newsletter you signed up for.
  • To respond to your enquiries, corrections, or submissions.
  • To verify and publish events and listings you submit.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function:

  • Supabase — stores submissions and site content.
  • Resend — sends transactional and newsletter emails.
  • Vercel — hosts the site and provides privacy-respecting analytics and performance monitoring.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email.
  • Ask us to remove your data — email us and we will delete the record and confirm back.
