About this event

CK Football Academy is trialling for its 2026/27 Full-Time Program, whose squads compete in the Sydney Premier League. The trial is on Friday 28 August 2026 in the Macarthur area, staggered by age group: - 5pm — U8 and U9 - 6pm — U10 and U11 - 7pm — U12 At the time of the announcement the academy had not confirmed which field it would use, saying only that it would be in the Macarthur area and confirmed in the coming days. Check with the academy before you travel. You cannot turn up on the day. Every player must register through the academy's EOI form first. The program itself is a substantial commitment — three high-intensity sessions a week in the Narellan area plus at least one game, a strength and conditioning coach and program for all Full-Time squad players, video review through Veo with a one-to-one session on what to work on, and tactical and positional feedback. The academy describes its lead coach, Kye Cassar, as a current NPL 1 player with Macarthur FC Bulls and a national team player.

Who it suits

Macarthur-area players U8–U12 who already train seriously and want a year-round, high-contact-hours program rather than a weekly skills session. The individual video review is unusual at this age and is the clearest differentiator if your child responds well to being coached on specifics.

Before you register

  • The field was NOT announced — only "the Macarthur area, to be confirmed". The academy's Facebook page lists Onslow Oval, Camden as its address, but that is not stated to be the trial ground. Confirm the venue before travelling.
  • You must register through the EOI form before attending — the academy states all players must register. Do it well before 28 August.
  • Turn up for your age group's time: 5pm U8/U9, 6pm U10/U11, 7pm U12.
  • No fee is published for the Full-Time Program or the trial. Ask what a season costs before trialling — this is three sessions a week plus a game.
  • The post does not say whether the squads are mixed or boys-only. Check before registering if you have a daughter.
  • Training is in the Narellan area and the squads play in the Sydney Premier League, which sits outside the Football NSW pathway. If your child also plays for a community or NPL club, check how three sessions a week plus a game fits alongside that.
  • The lead coach's NPL 1 and national team credentials are the academy's own description and we have not verified them.
