About this event
The Football Fever Cup is a girls-only seven-a-side tournament at Lambert Park in Leichhardt, run by Feverish Competitions in conjunction with APIA Leichhardt during the July 2026 school holidays. Matches are 27 minutes each, played across two divisions — Elite (open to NPL-affiliated clubs) and Community (open to association clubs) — and age groups from U8/9 through U15/16. The tournament has sold out in each of its three previous editions. Games run on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 July, with Wednesday 8 July held in reserve as an overflow day if required. Team entry is $1,350 with the early-bird discount available through May, rising to $1,500 from June. The fee covers player insurance, game fees and official referees. Registration is by team via JotForm — spots are limited and full payment confirms the place.
Who it suits
Suited to existing girls' teams from NPL clubs (Elite division) or community association clubs (Community division) — entries are at team level, not individual. Best for Sydney families whose daughter is already playing on a registered team and is happy to commit to one or two full days at Lambert Park during the first week of the July school holidays.
