About this event

The Intra Cup is a five-a-side youth tournament run by INTRA Football Academy at the Calabria Club, Manly Vale. The Under 12 and Under 14 divisions play across Thursday 8 and Friday 9 October 2026, 8:00am to 3:00pm each day. How it works: squads of 6 to 9 players, 20-minute matches in 30-minute blocks, up to nine games across a round robin and finals. Cup and Plate finals mean every team plays through to a placing. Divisions are mixed. Age groups are set by birth year — Under 12 is born 2014 or later, Under 14 born 2012 or later. Entry is by team, with an adult coach or manager registering the squad. Club teams, academy teams, school teams and groups of friends are all eligible, so a parent can enter a side without a club behind them. It costs $175 a player, and registrations close once divisions fill. The Under 8 and Under 10 divisions play earlier the same week, on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 October.

Who it suits

Northern Beaches parents or coaches with a squad of 6 to 9 players in Under 12 or Under 14 who want two full days of competitive five-a-side over the spring holidays.

Before you register

  • Team entry only — an adult registers the squad
  • You need 6 to 9 players; friend-group teams are welcome
  • Ages go by birth year: U12 is born 2014 or later, U14 born 2012 or later
  • Full days, 8:00am to 3:00pm, across both days
  • Divisions close once they fill rather than on a fixed date
  • The academy also runs a holiday camp at Beacon Hill Oval on overlapping days — check which one you are booking
