Manly United runs its trial series for the 2027 Girls Junior Development League squads at Cromer Park, starting Sunday 6 September 2026 and running through to Friday 11 September. Sunday 6 September times, by age group: - U13 — arrive 8:00am, trial 8:30am to 10:00am - U12 — arrive 10:00am, trial 10:30am to 12:00pm - U9 and U11 — arrive 12:00pm, trial 12:30pm to 2:00pm - U10 — arrive 2:00pm, trial 2:30pm to 4:00pm Times for the later sessions in the week are not published; the club emails them to players who are trialling. Manly states that attendance at all scheduled trials is compulsory, not optional. One thing to understand about the U9 group. Football NSW's Girls Junior Development League runs U10 to U13 — there is no U9 band in the competition. U9 girls at these trials are being assessed for Manly United's own Girls Development Squad, which the club runs alongside the JDL program as a feeder. Both groups trial at the same time on the Sunday. The club's Mixed JDL, Mixed Development Squad and Girls Development Squad trials are all listed on the same page with no dates attached yet.

- Confirm your expression of interest is in before you attend: the club's trials page says the EOI process ran June to August 2026, while its form was still listing a late-November close date
- U9 girls are trialling for the club's Girls Development Squad, not the Girls JDL — Football NSW's Girls JDL starts at U10
- Attendance at all sessions across the week is compulsory, so check the week works before you start
- Later-week times are emailed to trialling players rather than published
