About this event
The WGM Macarthur Gala Days Series is a free festival of football for U5–U7 mixed teams, hosted by Macarthur Football Association at Lynwood Park on Thursday 16 April 2026 during the April school holidays. Backed by Wests Group Macarthur, the day is split into two sessions — U7 mixed in the morning (9am–12pm) and U5/U6 mixed in the afternoon (1pm–4pm). Each team plays at least three short games in a round-robin celebration format, with the focus on participation and enjoyment rather than results. The series is open to local grassroots teams, school teams or families wanting to give football a go with a complete team. Team managers register via Macarthur Football's site, with confirmed schedules sent out by close of business Tuesday 14 April. Nominations close COB Monday 13 April 2026.
